Wasatch Women’s Social Club
Code of Conduct
1. Purpose
The purpose of Wasatch Women is to provide an opportunity for new and established residents of the Salt Lake Valley and surrounding area to become acquainted with one another through our nonprofit social club that offers a variety of activities.
2. Respect & Inclusivity
- Treat all members with kindness and respect regardless of background, religious or political beliefs, and/or identity.
- Refrain from discriminatory language or behavior of any kind.
- Refrain from slander and gossip.
3. Confidentiality
- Honor the privacy of fellow members.
- Refrain from duplicating or sharing club membership information. The club membership directory may not be used for business purposes without board approval and individual member consent.
4. Communication
- Use positive, constructive communication in meetings, events, and emails or texts.
- Attend events to which you are committed or notify group leaders if plans change.
5. Safety & Conduct at Events
- Follow all venue rules and safety guidelines.
- Behave responsibly at events, including those involving alcohol.
6. Accountability
- Uphold this Code of Conduct at all times.
7. Violations
- Violations will be reviewed by the board and may result in warnings or removal from the club at the board’s discretion.
